The Italian industrial structure of the company consists of 11 factories, specialised by processing typology: 2 in Castelvetro di Modena (MO), Ospedaletto Lodigiano (LO) Flumeri (AV) , Pegognaga (MN) and Rossano Calabro (CS), where the slaughtering, de-boning, meat transformation and packaging phases are carried out; Rieti, Guardamiglio (PC), Capo d'Orlando (ME), Reggio Emilia and Castelnuovo Rangone (MN), where transformation and packaging is done, including a logistics platform.

Inalca is present abroad with 26 logistic and distribution platforms, 7 of which are in Russia, 17 in Africa distributed in six countries (Angola, Algeria, Congo, Democratic Congo Republic, Mozambique and the Ivory Coast) and 2 platforms in Kazakhstan.

Furthermore, in Odintsovo, on the outskirts of Moscow, it vaunts an avant-garde facility, the largest in Russia, for the production of hamburgers, and  a slaughterhouse in Orenburg, on the border with Kazakhstan, to oversee the entire production chain.

Furthermore, there are Inalca Food & Beverage platforms in Australia, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Poland, Canary Islands and Cape Verde.

Cured Meats & Snacks

There are 5 plants specialised by product type and situated in the areas valorising the typical production of cured meats distinguished by the brands P.D.O. and P.G.I.: Gazoldo degli Ippoliti (MN), which is the headquarters and logistical base, where pre-sliced, sandwiches and snacks are produced; Busseto (PR), the centre for the production of Culatelli, Salami, Mortadella, cooked hams and roasts; Postalesio (SO), dedicated to Bresaola, Mandatoriccio (CS) entering the sector of the Calabrian cured meats and Castelnuovo Rangone (MO) for the processing of pork.

In 2016 a new slicing plant was inaugurated in Toronto, Canada, and a new factory is opening in New Jersey (USA), to serve directly the North American market.
