Chef Express restaurant service areas are divided into different areas:

Mokà: a brand identifying a new concept of bar characterised by modern style and elegant surroundings: a catering service that is situated in the medium-high segment of the marketand flavours, along with breakfasts and other beverages.

Leone: the brand identifies a fast food corner based on a modern mix: sliced pizza and fried delicatessen. Tasty products, among which you will also find french fries, salads and fruit salads.

Gusto: Free flow in an inviting, brightly lit environment. A central island offers a variety of fresh products, from fruit to desserts, cakes and puddings; from typical local cheeses and cured meats to seasonal salads, in a "Regional" corner: these are only a few of the products available. Two large islands at either corner offer diners first and second courses for a complete meal.

Il Mercatino: a new, dynamic environment where product assortments vary in response to customers' demands and market trends, stimulating consumers' curiosity. A wide variety of sectors are represented, from confectionary to salty snacks, beverages and quality wines, and from typical regional specialty products (such as cheeses and cured meats) to gifts and souvenirs of the region where the outlet is located. Newspapers, books, music, gadgets, essentials and toiletries: all these and more will be offered in the market.

Info Point: A point of special interest to motorway travellers, who will be able to find useful information on hotels, museums, restaurants, country bed and breakfasts, routes for discovering local wines and foods, trade fairs, places of cultural interest – archaeological sites, local festivals, etc. Multimedia presentations offering information on the local area, offering ticket reservations for the theatre, and information on all the particular characteristics, curiosities and typical products of each part of Italy: this is the spirit of the Info Point.
